Program Requirements & Application Process
This program is designed for agents who are fully committed to real estate as their career. You must hold an active Massachusetts real estate license and be working full-time in the industry (not part-time or as a side venture). This is a full-week, in-person experience. Attendance is mandatory Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm daily, at our Lexington office. Missing a day or arriving late will result in removal from the program. If you have a planned conflict, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance for consideration.
This program is completely free. There is no cost to participate and absolutely no obligation to join our team, now or ever.
How to Apply

Step 1: Submit Your Application Complete the online application with your background, experience, and goals. We want to understand where you are in your real estate journey and what you're hoping to gain from this week.
Step 2: Zoom Interview If your application is selected, someone from our team will reach out within 24 hours to schedule a brief Zoom interview. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and ensure the program is the right fit.
Step 3: Confirmation Selected participants will receive program confirmation, detailed preparation materials, and the lead referral agreement to review before day one.
Space is limited to 5 agents, so we encourage you to apply early.
Lead Referral Agreement​​
Throughout the week, you'll receive access to real leads and make genuine connections with potential clients. Should any business result from these leads during or after the program, we'll have a simple referral agreement in place. This protects both parties and ensures fair compensation for any transactions that close. All participants will review and sign this agreement before receiving leads on day one.
